About The Business
Jim’s Clothing was originally conceived as an “off-price” goods store in 1971 with the intent of being the first in Columbus to have “quality goods at better prices.” As time went by, Jim’s concept of an “off-price” store was dismissed and the store emerged as a mainstream retailer. The new store concept was that of a retailer that not only gave top notch customer service but also maintained very reasonable prices for the that were sold. Over the years, Jim saw a need to pursue the big and tall business, which seemed to be neglected by the regular retail stores at the time. Since then, the big and tall business has become an integral part of our store.
